A person who is governed more by intellect than by emotion would have to be a teacher. I say a teacher because, teachers' get criticized all the time during class and in between. Teachers are very patient and deal with a lot of stress all during the day. They deal with kids saying mean things about them to kids talking constantly, disturbing the whole lesson and distracting other class mates. Teachers are strongly governed by intellect because of there way of disiplining the students.
          Teachers hold back their emotion during class and use their heads to dicipline the students. A teacher does not let their emotion get to them. They stick to guid rules and go by them. They do not favor a student over another one just because that student listens more. They dont let the words and name calling get to them. teachers do not go by what they feel inside they do not wear their heart on their sleve they hide their feelings and keep teaching and ignore the negative things being said about them.
          The positive things that come from being intellectual rather than following your feelings in that moment of time is that you will not lash out at someone or everyone for that quick moment of depressoin. Instead you will keep it inside and think about what you are going to say before you hurt someone for something they didnt do. A negative outcome of being intellectual rather than following your feelings, is that keeping it all inside for to long starts to build up and then on a day you cant handle it all you will lash out at someone unintentionally and hurt their feelings.
